Arrival in Dubai | Hotel Check-in Assistance | Evening Dhow Cruise at Marina
Welcome to Dubai! Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport, our Yuven Travel representative will warmly receive you and assist with a smooth and hassle-free airport pickup. From the very first moment, our team ensures you feel comfortable, guided, and well taken care of. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a clean, comfortable vehicle. Our representative will assist you with the hotel check-in process, helping you settle in effortlessly after your journey. Once checked in, the rest of the day is at leisure—perfect to relax, refresh, or explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace. Lunch will be at your own arrangement, giving you the flexibility to choose according to your preferences or hotel dining options. In the evening, get ready for a delightful start to your Dubai experience. Shared transfers will be arranged from the hotel to Dubai Marina, where you’ll board a traditional yet elegant Dhow Cruise. Enjoy a scenic cruise along the Marina, admiring Dubai’s stunning skyline as it lights up after sunset, complemented by a buffet dinner and onboard entertainment—a truly relaxing and memorable way to begin your trip. Half-Day Dubai City Tour | Burj Khalifa – 124th Floor (At the Top)
After a comfortable breakfast at the hotel, get ready to explore the vibrant contrasts of Dubai. Our professionally coordinated half-day Dubai city tour introduces you to the city’s most iconic landmarks, blending modern marvels with cultural highlights. During the tour, you will pass by or stop at key attractions such as: Jumeirah Mosque Jumeirah Beach with a photo stop at Burj Al Arab Palm Jumeirah (drive-through) Atlantis The Palm (photo stop) Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai’s futuristic skyline Throughout the tour, our experienced drivers and guides ensure smooth transportation, timely coordination, and a relaxed pace, allowing you to enjoy the sights without any rush. After a relaxed morning and breakfast at the hotel, the day is free at leisure—perfect to rest or explore nearby areas on your own. In the afternoon, get ready for one of Dubai’s most iconic experiences. Our Yuven Travel–coordinated Desert Safari begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel in a 4x4 Land Cruiser, driven by an experienced and licensed desert driver. Enjoy an adrenaline-filled dune bashing session, followed by scenic photo stops in the golden desert. Upon reaching the traditional desert camp, immerse yourself in authentic Arabian hospitality with activities such as: Camel riding Sandboarding Henna painting Traditional Arabic refreshments As the evening sets in, relish a delicious BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, accompanied by live entertainment including belly dance, Tanoura, and fire shows. Hotel Check-out | Departure Transfer
After breakfast at the hotel, check out as per the hotel’s standard policy. At the scheduled time, our Yuven Travel representative will arrange your comfortable transfer to Dubai International Airport, aligned with your flight departure. Our team ensures timely pickup, smooth coordination, and hassle-free assistance, allowing you to reach the airport relaxed and on time for your onward journey.

We recently travelled to Dubai with Yuven Travels, and the trip was very well organized by Dipen. The itinerary was interesting and thoughtfully planned, covering all key attractions smoothly. The local guides and driver were knowledgeable, courteous, and made the experience enjoyable throughout. The desert safari with the evening cultural show was an absolute highlight, and the cruise dinner with live performances made the trip even more memorable. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved — the hotel was quite noisy and had a lingering smell of cigarettes, which affected comfort. It would also be nice to have more variety in the meals, with options beyond Indian cuisine. Overall, it was a memorable group trip, and with a few tweaks, Yuven Travels can make the experience truly exceptional.

Changing dates and booking conditions
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 10 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once with the date change penalty charges (if intimated before 5-7 days of travel date in written).
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
