Arrival in Hanoi – Half Day City Tour
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel via private vehicle. Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. Early check-in is subject to availability. In the afternoon, proceed for a half-day city tour of Hanoi on a sharing basis. Experience the charm of this historic city, known for its French colonial architecture and vibrant streets. A key highlight is a visit to the famous Train Street, where trains pass through narrow residential lanes just inches away from cafes and homes (visit subject to government permissions). Full Day Excursion to Ninh Binh
After breakfast, depart for a scenic journey to Ninh Binh, often referred to as “Halong Bay on land.” Your day includes: Visit to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the former royal capital of Vietnam, rich in history and ancient temples. A relaxing 2-hour boat ride in Tam Coc, passing through stunning limestone karsts, lush rice fields, and three natural caves carved by the river. Climb up to Mua Cave viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Tam Coc valley. Enjoy a local Vietnamese lunch during the tour. Cancellation charges for this holiday
- If you Cancel your Holiday
- 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
- 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
- 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
Changing dates and booking conditions
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 10 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMSsssss.
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once with the date change penalty charges (if intimated before 5-7 days of travel date in written).
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
