    Arrival & Transfer to Kandy

    Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. From there, you will proceed to Kandy, en route to visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic wildlife attractions (set within a scenic 25-acre coconut estate along the banks of the Maha Oya River, the sanctuary offers visitors a unique opportunity to observe and learn about elephant conservation while experiencing close encounters with these majestic animals). Also visit a local spice garden and discover Sri Lanka’s rich heritage of herbs and spices while learning about their cultivation, traditional uses, and the wide range of products derived from them.     Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

    After Breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a sightseeing and experiential tour of Kandy, beginning with a visit to the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. Thereafter, enjoy a leisurely floral walk through the beautifully landscaped Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya. The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, locally known as Sri Dalada Maligawa, is one of the most revered religious and cultural landmarks in Sri Lanka. Also, visit a Gem museum & A Batik Factory if time permits thereafter, you will proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliya is a picturesque highland city nestled in the central mountains of Sri Lanka.     Nuwara Eliya to Bentota

    After Breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Bentota Bentota is one of Sri Lanka’s premier coastal resort destinations, renowned for its golden sandy beaches, Offering a perfect blend of relaxation, scenic beauty, and recreational activities, Bentota remains a favourite destination for both leisure and luxury travellers. Visit a Turtle Hatchery.     Bentota to Colombo & Departure

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Colombo. Colombo is the vibrant commercial capital and largest city of Sri Lanka, offering a dynamic blend of colonial heritage, modern cityscapes, and diverse cultural influences along the shores of the Indian Ocean. Proceed to the airport for your departure flight.

Cancellation charges for this holiday

  • If you Cancel your Holiday
  • Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to departure will incur a 30% charge 70% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations between 22 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% charge 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations between 11 to 21 days prior to departure will attract a 75% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made within 0 to 10 days of departure, including no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
  • Airfare cancellations shall be governed strictly by the respective airline&rsquos cancellation policy.

Changing dates and booking conditions

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 25 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
  • Please note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
