Breakfast at Hotel – Start the day with a hearty breakfast before setting off on a scenic journey through the Caucasus Mountains. Ananuri Fortress :- Located along the Aragvi River near the Zhinvali Reservoir, about 70 km from Tbilisi. Explore the two fortifications connected by a crenellated wall, including the iconic Sheupovari Tower. Gudauri Ski Resort & Panorama :- Continue along the scenic Georgian Military Highway to Gudauri, a mountain resort located 120 km from Tbilisi. Known for its stunning alpine views at an altitude of 3,000 m. Visit the Friendship Monument (built in 1983), commemorating 200 years of the Treaty of Georgievsk. Cancellation charges for this holiday
- If you Cancel your Holiday
- Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to departure will incur a 30% charge 70% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations between 22 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% charge 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations between 11 to 21 days prior to departure will attract a 75% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made within 0 to 10 days of departure, including no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- Airfare cancellations shall be governed strictly by the respective airline&rsquos cancellation policy.
Changing dates and booking conditions
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 25 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
- Please note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
