Welcome to your exciting Bhutan journey! Upon your arrival at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station or Bagdogra (IXB) Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative. After a brief introduction, begin your scenic drive towards Phuentsholing, the vibrant gateway town of Bhutan located along the Indo-Bhutan border. The journey takes you through picturesque landscapes, lush tea gardens, charming towns, and the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, offering beautiful views throughout the drive. Important Note: Your Bhutanese driver and licensed guide will meet you at the Phuentsholing Immigration Office at around 8:30 AM to complete the immigration formalities required for entering Bhutan. The process generally takes up to one hour, after which you will begin your scenic drive towards Thimphu, the charming capital city of Bhutan. The journey from Phuentsholing to Thimphu is one of the most picturesque drives in Bhutan, taking you through winding mountain roads, lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and beautiful river valleys. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking Himalayan landscapes and experience the country's pristine natural beauty. En route, stop at Chuzom, the picturesque confluence where the Thimphu Chu and Paro Chu rivers meet. This scenic spot is famous for its three uniquely designed chortens representing Bhutanese, Tibetan, and Nepalese architectural styles, making it an ideal location for memorable photographs. Day Excursion to Taktshang Monastery
Begin your day with an early breakfast before setting out for one of Bhutan's most iconic and spiritually significant attractions—the magnificent Taktsang Monastery, popularly known as the Tiger's Nest Monastery. Perched dramatically on the edge of a sheer cliff at an altitude of approximately 3,120 meters, the monastery overlooks the beautiful Paro Valley and is one of the most breathtaking landmarks in the Himalayas. The hike to the monastery takes approximately 2 to 3 hours each way, depending on your pace, and rewards visitors with spectacular mountain scenery, fluttering prayer flags, and unforgettable panoramic views. Built in 1692, Taktsang Monastery is one of Bhutan's most sacred pilgrimage sites. According to Bhutanese legend, Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) flew to this cliff on the back of a tigress and meditated in a cave here for three years, three months, three weeks, three days, and three hours, introducing Buddhism to Bhutan. Today, the monastery remains one of the country's most revered religious sites and an important center of Buddhist spirituality. After descending from Tiger's Nest, continue your sightseeing with a visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest and most sacred Buddhist temples. Built in the 7th century by the Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo, the temple is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere, ancient architecture, beautiful prayer wheels, and spiritual significance. The drive to Chele La takes you through dense pine and rhododendron forests, offering spectacular views of pristine landscapes and alpine scenery. Situated at an altitude of 3,988 meters, Chele La Pass is one of Bhutan's most scenic destinations and remains relatively untouched, preserving its tranquil charm and natural beauty. On a clear day, visitors are rewarded with panoramic views of the majestic Himalayan mountain range, including the sacred Mount Jomolhari (7,314 meters), Bhutan's second-highest peak. - If you Cancel your Holiday
- More than 60 days before departure: 30% cancellation charge.
- Between 45 to 59 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation charge.
- Between 36 to 44 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation charge.
- Between 0 to 35 days prior to departure and No Show: 100% cancellation charge.

- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
